Planning Application November 2009

Cover Sheet

Colin's approach is always to provide a complete and considered pack which details not only the actual plans but also the reasoning behind them

The photograph here appears elsewhere and is a view to the South from the West end of the plot above the proposed location of the house

Views of the Land

This gallery shows some key views around the site to establish the context of the application.

The old metal barn was removed early in 2010 just after the snow finally retreated.

This has left a large area which will eventually be used for parking, garaging and an ambitious glass house project some time into the future!

Here is the large 2000 square foot barn that used to 'adorn' the plot. Some have said what a wonderful and useful barn this was (yes those that said this were all men!) and some said it was truly an eyesore and should be removed forthwith (Sally and most every women who saw it!)

Where's Wally the Barn?

You may also notice the house isn't in this shot yet either!
Where the house will be (one day!)
