Planning Application Revised February 2010

Ground and first floor layouts Some minor revisions were made to the interior layouts and electrics are now shown but there are no material changes shown within this drawing
First floor dormer windows and roof layout At the request of the planning department we changed the aspect of the dormers to the bathrooms and bedrooms to more closely match the aspect ratio of the windows elsewhere throughout the house making the aspect more portrait rather than square.
South & East Elevations The South elevation was essentially unchanged from the original application.  The East elevation now shows a wrap around in timber cladding rather than brick as formally shown.
North & West Elevations The most significant change was to the North elevation of the main house.  We had decided on brick but this was now changed to horizontal timber cladding. To differentiate the Tree house the cladding there was changed to vertical.
